Today 2-17-21 we do not have water for two days and was unable to speak with anyone with SAWS, all we got was a recorded message that basically said SAWS does not have an answer. It seems the consumers of SAWS keep getting the same i.e no definitive explanation. All the utilities companies knew about the weather at lest one week prior to the winter storm.
Good luck to all SAWS consumers. We are on their mercy. We must remember to pay the bills even though we have not received water or service.
