Our central air conditioning unit was making noises and intermittently stopping. I called Snelling and they quickly sent out a technician named Jacob. Jacob was very professional and polite. Jacob could have told me I needed to replace the whole unit and I would have believed him. Instead, he checked the unit and told me the capacitor needed to be replaced. He ordered a capacitor and replaced ours the next day at a fraction of the cost of a new air conditioner. We were so happy with his professionalism that we asked him to do the annual maintenance to prepare our furnace for the heating season.
