If I could give them no stars I would I lived at 87 & Escanaba they are horrible management they only answered the phone around the first when they knew the rent was due . The property came with rats ... I told them about it They did nuffin to get rid of them My tub was clogged and backed up that's right my tub I had to go to my cousin to shower and give kids a bath until they took there sweet time to fix it then water heater stop working they nv call me back After 2weeks I finally I had to get an outside contractor to fix it ... they were supposed to take it off my rent never happen
I had a broken window for two months before I could finally get them to fix it (I mind it was in kids room and it was winter ) then there was a gas leak in whole building they would've never known if I didn't call the gas company ( I called the gas company because I was moving)
Everyone moved off the property and I can on for days bout them now they're trying to basically give it away with no move-in fee no security deposit no 1st month rent just signed moving papers ....if you do be ready for slum lords never rent from them
