I came in a month or so ago and purchased a replacement screen and install. I was then told that they would waive the fee if I took the replacement and installed it myself. I broke my screen again (I blame my new case for not being protective enough) and went in to swap out my screen protector asking that I install it myself since I didn't want to pay again after so short a time. Now not only is it not free (they will not allow you to just swap it out)- but they raised the install fee to $8, and wont allow you to install it yourself! bad service
