Alliant Capital Management LLC is a scam credit agency. They may actually be registered in your state; however everything else about this company is either a scam or illegal. Just ignore them, or record all their calls and get a FDCPA attorney to sue them and get $1,000 per violation. Hopefully these scam artists will be living on the streets soon.
