As disreputable as they come. Bought (and paid for) Hamilton tickets 7 MONTHS in advance. On the last day, when they still had not been electronically delivered, they said that the tickets had been cancelled. I could either accept a worse location, or get a refund. My kids would have been heartbroken if we didn't accept their HORRIBLE solution.
