I sent my phone in for repair to samsung. They fowarded the phone to futuretel. I got an email from futuretel that the phone is not repairable. So i asked gor it back. It's been 7months yet I still don't have my phone back. I've called them many time. Left emails and voicemails. No answer
Very poor service.
