Unbelievable!! -100 stars! People who work there have a PHD in rudeness! They talk over you loudly, don t listen like I did even get two words in! Unbelievable! Rude Rude Rude! If you have to communicate with them send in mail otherwise avoid all communications to these ppl! I am sure rudeness and lack of curtesy is two of their job qualifications!
