purchased tickets to the play to Kill a Mockingbir...

purchased tickets to the play to Kill a Mockingbird. The price was great, and I got a confirmation email on the tickets, but never got the tickets. I was told that I need to call telecharge instead of seat geek, and when I called telecharge I was put on hold for 20 minutes and then they said they will call me back. So far I did not yet get the tickets.... waiting for a call back
