I had tickets to an event at MSG and my tickets weren't scanning. It seemed like the seller had schemed the system and sold me tickets that were already used. Chris at SeatGeek was super helpful in getting me into the game with much better seats, all within 15 minutes and even waited on the line to make sure the replacement tickets scanned.
