Never pay these clowns. Call the original debtor and pay them. Just paid a Maryland toll fine that these clowns wanted $58 and crunch my credit. I paid a lovely woman at the state of Maryland $3 and cleared it! Could try being a little more up beat and know what they are talking about. I would have paid the $58 had they been able to tell me that this would be cleared from my credit report. It's called salesmanship and courtesy. GIT YA SOME! Dummies!
