After being rear ended by one of their insurers, I filed a claim weeks ago that has yet to be justified. I was told 3-5 business days I would hear something but we re on week two without a peep. After countless calls, voicemails to my adjuster I ve received nothing in return. I m all for companies being overloaded but this has been a terrible experience that I hope nobody else has to go through.
