Unfortunately, uninformed analysts are working there. I tried for a mortgage loan at mBank, I waited a month to go through all the verifications, valuations, etc. to finally find out that the first analyst I talked to was URGENT, which resulted in a badly valued property and understated credit. Of course, I was not able to enforce what I was ordering from them (even though everything was on the mail). I just wasted my time.
