This company is the worst. Three years ago they installed a humidifier on our furnace and had to put in an in-line filter. When I called to ask them to replace the filter they said that they no longer supported it. I had them come out and do a maintenance check on our furnace and the technician look at the filter (Which I had to purchase from another company because this stupid company doesn t sell it anymore) and made some adjustments and now it s leaking worse than ever! These people are utterly incompetent
