this is the second year we used vacations to go. each time we went tothe dominican replubic and used the same hotel. we never had a problem, infact jamie was our rep. and he couldn't have been more helpful. we also saved over $600 over the travel agents we spoke to. I can't praise how great this company was. check it out before you book another trip. i rate it an A.
