I thought my monitor was dead. I brought in my monitor and cords. they spent a few minutes testing the hook ups and found that the cord I was using was not the original cord. So they just gave me the cord. When I asked what I owed them, they said no charge. Wow! that kind of local service is just so rare. Thank you very much Pcs and Parts!
