Needed 2 ball joints for my aftermarket arms from them because of neglect from previous owner and they ended up just giving me brand new upgraded arms for the same price at what I was going to pay just for the ballpoints. They always tried to help with what they could.

I've bought 2 items from psr for my navara. On 2 separate occasions the item took 5 days longer to arrive then was told. Both items, the infill panel and idler arm brace both didnt fit properly. They required to be redrilled to a bigger size to match the hole centres. Probably won't buy from them...
