Delicious BBQ. Best in Idaho Falls.

They were slammed when we went today, about a 30 minute wait to get our to go order. We could see the cook hustling, they just looked understaffed for an unexpected rush.

Food is delicious. Not the absolute best BBQ I've had but for the area it's amazing. I only deducted one star because of the size of the restaurant. It's very small and when my wife and I went the place was so packed that we ended up taking our food to go and eating at the park down the street.

I enjoyed the two meat combo. Three spare ribs, pulled pork, with a side of baked beans. Plus they included a corn bread that melts in your mouth. For $2.49 I added a side of potato salad. I ended up taking some of the pulled pork home. There was a lot of food.

Well, if you want great BBQ in the southeastern Idaho area, this is the place to beat. We love it here. They do a good job with their brisket, which is how we tend to judge the quality of a BBQ place. The only thing I wish they had was sweet potato fries! Alas, I know I am in Idaho.
