I told my friends about this place with my highest recommendations. I go to this restaurant often. I get very good feedback from my friends. The meals are delicious and the crew is attentive and cooperative. Every time we visit this place we enjoy a lovely time. highly recommended.

I can see why the place only has 4 stars. it should be 6 stars, but it does get packed in there and the wait could take almost an hour. BUT very well worth it. Great beer, great food, love the place.
they also do beer garden a block down, also great.

I've really only been here for Oktoberfest and not any other time so I guess this review is mainly for Oktoberfest at the Phoenix Club.

It's more low key than others places so that's a plus. During Oktoberfest, event parking lot is for valet and all other's are street parking. Entrance fee $10 ...

Many choices! Great atmosphere . Food looked better than it tasted but I give it 4 stars as The food has a German vibe.
The waitress was extremely helpful and sweet. Nice place to hang out with friends for a beer. My favorite were the potato cakes!

I was here for 2018 Octoberfest.
We had a good time and the food is pretty German.
Just one thing, it is extremly expensive. Beer $10, Bratwurst $10, schnitzel $12...
Entrance is $10, fine if the beer price would not keep going up every year.

Oktoberfest is always a fun time at the Phoenix Club! Multiple beer stands. Multiple food stands. These potatoe pancakes with apple sauce is always good seasonally treat. Fun little pop-up booths for shopping. Parking is terrible.

But service is not that great. A server called Robbin is slow and rude. Unbelievable that managers let a rude server by herself on a busy day. Too sad!!
