Great spot to meet friends before dinner on Main Street or to apres. The vibe is more sophisticated CA wine tasting room than rowdy beer bar and that's just right for our tastes. The charcuterie is a welcome addition to the experience. This is on the list for future fun.

Great drink menu and relaxed atmosphere. We stopped by OTC after our day on the mountain and it was excellent. It s a great spot to meet friends and the drink menu has options for everyone. The staff was also very friendly and helpful when we asked about some local options to try on our visit!
My girlfriend loves wine from here. Plus their prices are really not bad at all. If you are in Salt lake, this is a must visit.
Great service and nice staff. Non pretentious place. They make their own wine in west, I assume California. It good but not at their price. 90 a bottle for their cab. 87 ~ for retail. I give the wine 3 stars and the bar and staff get a a shout out with another star.
