I wish I could give 0 stars or maybe negative. I settled my new home in December last year but still waiting for the blinds. These people are so unprofessional that they can't even take the measurements correctly. The amount for the shutters was paid in advance, so why would they care, right?. Money...

Chains keeps breaking contacted the company, and got a call from the company the next day, and they have fixed the issue. Happy with the blinds so far, and good aftercare.
