Called to follow up - told me to wait - waited for 10 days - had to call again - was to wait again - refused to wait and transferred to the manager - The manager hang up on me

this is ridiculous. I just want to get my order confirmation!...

Worst online purchase experience ever! Received wrong foundation color as I ordered, and asked for an exchange. Then the second foundation received after 2 months was still the wrong shade!!! Helpless customer service and team at all!
Never buy online from their website!!

She was not impressed that the liquid filler lid would not seal and it leaked all through her make up bag
$$$$$ of ruined makeup now only to be given a $30 credit for replacement for Priceline NOT IMPRESSED
