I do not know where the ice server is. When I go to the front, I get a map inside the facility and it is said that it is here, but there are no shadows or shapes when I go there. It's an angry place, but if you put it in perspective, it's three points.

I love staying here when I visit my son in Novato. It's not the Ritz but it is clean and charming and the food at Rickey's is good. Comfortable beds, shower water pressure was non-existent, pool was dirty and was not cleaned after being brought to the attention of the front desk and the staff claiming it would be done. Weather was hot and sunny and was disappointing to not be able to enjoy the pool.

It's not placed in the most amazing location but it is nice. The staff is very sweet and the rooms are nice. We stayed In the jacuzzi suite. It's worth every penny. The breakfast is enough to fuel you till lunch but nothing to rave about. I would stay here again for sure!!

Service is horrible, staff are not nice and they changed us more than what we agreed on. Breakfast is a complete joke. Other than that, the place is nice, clean, and maintained pretty well. All rooms are on the first floor and there is no second one which is nice.

Beautiful hotel! Even though it is near the freeway, you didn t hear anything in the room. The place is peaceful and had nice hammocks and places to relax and unwind. Great for pups. Though the pillows were a little thin and the bathroom was a littl small, it was overall a great stay.

Clean, New, friendly & rel quiet given location. Had a room in the back, little to no noise from the highway though walls are thin and it can be noisy depending on your neighbors, but no problem with ear plugs. Solid breakfast buffet. All in great value as I got a special deal on hotel tonight.
