I wouldn't use this attorney for real estate closing. One of the worst. Non-responsive and not professional. I never seen an attorney that tells you to speak directly with the attorney on the other side instead of going through her.

Huang Law Firm helped me closed a house recently. Throughout the whole process the service was very professional, my emails and calls where answered promptly. Definitely a plus that they know both Cantonese and English. Hon Lai was able to fully explain contract and closing documents.
