Straight scam! Attempted to contact my "representative" on at least 3 occasions--never available. Provided them with my cancellation letter from the club, and they STILL have the nerve to try and collect money. I'm sending a complaint to the CFPB.
Do not join - you can get a cheaper membership at your gym. Staff is nice but not informed nor trained. Website is VERY misleading - you won't be able to get a refund.
