I couldn't recommend this hotel enough, It was so central, staff were incredibly nice and helpful, the hotel was spotless and the food was divine. We stayed for a hen party of 35 and the service that was provided was just amazing.
I liked this place best bathroom in all of Ireland, for me. They had this faucet where the hot and cold water were combined into a single stream, controlled by a single lever. Amazing saw nothing like it at any of the other hotels we stayed at in Ireland. Rest of the room was okay, had a view of...
We stayed for one night in room 206 which was opposite a wall with climber plants on it and we could hear loads of birds so we had a look out the window only to see approximately 100 thrush birds chilling out, we are both massive animal lovers so we loved this we popped our heads out to look at them...
Convenient for business trip. Cheaper than other's around but my experience in the 6 or 7 times I had been there is that rooms need urgently a renovation
Got the Chicken Roast Dinner from Flannery s Hotel Call and Collect, by far one of the best dinners we have had!! Will definitely be recommending and returning for another one also would recommend the Sticky Toffee Pudding for desert, perfect sweet treat for after the dinner
Fabulous hotel spotless, staff are amazing well dressed and polite.. Food was bueatiful really enjoyed our stay will definitely be back to flannerys hotel...
Very overrated, a real factory has a tourist. Rooms ok no more and expensive. Breakfast overpriced. Parking bit. convenient. Far away from Galway. To forget.
Stayed here as a kid with my family and so glad to see it's still thriving. Such a wonderful hotel. The rooms are spotlessly clean and so tastefully decorated. I thought I'd take a step back in time but it's far from what I remember it. All being said, still a great friendly service, staff were plea...
Flannerys went over and above in more ways than one to make myself and friends feel welcome we all loved it would highly recommened it hope to go back again some day as I live in the nortwest of northern ireland it is not just round the corner I can, t recommend it enough
Room super clean. Loved the friendliness of the receptionist, I arrived at 11am, check in was at 2pm and she immediately made my room available to me. Bathroom small and relatively old, but the room is fine. It has a good car park. You can not walk to the city center, but it is well located for thos...
Really good comfortable rooms with massive double beds. Staff were all typically Irish and so friendly. This was our second stay and will definitely return.
It was a lovely hotel and within walking distance from town centre but we got the bus directly outside it for 2.50. The food was a reasonable price and a good variety. Staff were lovely and helpful. The hotel supplied a map of Galway and could arrange tours for you as in full day and half day one...
The room was clean and quite large. The bed was also very comfortable and we liked the decor. Funny thing was that we had no toilet brush in the room and also on request did not get ... The breakfast was absolutely insufficient. At noon you could eat well here. The dinner at Frankys was really fant...
the structure is beautiful, clean and complete in services ... young but competent and very courteous staff defects: a dangerous tub with very complicated hot / cold water supply .... but don't they know that there are shower cabins, simple mixers and water supply with movable systems ???
Recently renovated. Nice decor with uplifting colors. Large and comfortable rooms. Very good food. Young Irish staff, efficient and friendly. Thank you
Staff friendly & welcoming. All covid precedures been adhered to we felt very safe. Food & drink of excellent quality. Bed very comfy? Can reccomend this hotel to family & friend's Only sorry I could not stay longer will definitely be back
Excellent hotel! There is a small rugby field behind the hotel, so you might be able to see an amateur, exhibition match in the afternoon. Quiet building, lovely amenities, and only a mile from downtown if you don t mind the walk or taxi.
Room weren't as advertised, shower didn't work properly and hand rail was broken even though there's a warning there to use it, house keeping didn't clean toilet properly or leave extra paper, restaurant closed at 9 and if you wanted bar food after 9 you had to eat in a separate area, bar staff were...
Stayed for 2 nights for family break. Great hotel, very comfortable. Great choices for breakfast and very tasty breakfast . Not too far from city centre. Very pleasant stay. Thank you.
Ok, it s October but compared to the prices of local competitors this really is a fantastic hotel and is genuine value for money luxury. Just look how huge the bed is! Room decor superb, newly tiles showers and some lovely touches, check out the coffee machine in the room, plus sensible plug socke...
Tried to pay for dinner, they said someone else paid. Then they changed their mind and followed me around with the bill the following evening. I had to pay for the whole party as everyone else had gone
Room was very small, bed was malformed, when you sit on it I would slide to the middle. Also, was very warm in the room without ability to cool room, and smelled like smoke in the room.
Absolutely beautiful place to stay the staff was friendly and extremely helpful. And the food was delicious. Had an absolutely wonderful time staying here will definitely be going back again and again .
Excellent staff. Very good food, in fact no need to travel out. Range and quality of the dinner was great. Excellent steak sandwich, good steak, my wife had the salmon, again very good. My son had the extraordinary tasty Thai chicken curry, excellent dish. The bar is typically Irish, good drink, cra...
We just stayed at Flannery s Hotel for 4 nights, exceeded all our expectations, the food and staff were excellent, very friendly and attentive staff. We only intended having dinner here one night but ended up having dinner here every night, it was so good. It is very central to everywhere. We would ...
Very dissapointing stay. I recently stayed with two friends one of whom has Celiac disease. The young staff had zero knowledge on this autoimmune disorder. When asked if items on the menu were suitable both at our meal and breakfast the following morning staff left and never returned, it took a num...
