They wants all deliverable from their customer on time, but when there is question of deliverable from their side, always hide themselves behind the excuses....

Exotica Housing is a high rise Presidential project by Exotica in Noida. Road is easily accessible. The project site is in close proximity to market. Basic necessities like water and electricity network is in house. The project is average priced looking in to the locality and developer brand.

Horrible experience as a resident of Exotica Dreamville. Today 9/12/2019 around 10:30AM, my mother who is 61 years old was stuck in the lift near 5/6 series for more than 25 minutes. This is ridiculous that no one from colliers knew how to get her out from the lift.
