Day 1 in new place we discovered so much mold in the bathroom. Evan's sent a guy who tracked dog poop all over the place and never actually fixed the issue. Nothing was cleaned before we moved in so our first few days were terrible.

I'm a renter, and when we ran into a problem with the heater we called Evan's immediately and they got on it quicker than I was expecting. Not only did they replace the furnace but they called to check on the job after the furnace guy left. I was beyond satisfied with their concerns for my family.
