Waited three months for a power supply unit and was kept in the dark the entire time, didn't even bother to call me to let me know things were on back order and then they switched distributors. Could have at least offered savings on labor considering the abysmal service.

Very welcoming atmosphere, plenty of games and cards in stock. Looks like a great place to hang out (there is arcade games there so don't forget your quarters). The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, 10/10 would recommend a visit. :)
