We waited for about 1 hour for the doctor to come give me one test and then we had to wait for another 3 hours just for the test to get back.

Waiting area concerns. I brought my 80 year old mother to her appointment and was asked to wait in the atrium where no less than three people are waiting without wearing masks. When I shared my concerns, I was allowed to sit elsewhere. I just thought a Heath facility would take greater precautions.
