The only thing negative to possibly say is it was like a assembly line with not much personableness and a little secretiveness to operation.

Check went smooth. My paperwork was all ready for me to sign. Work was performed inthe expected time frame and the cost, though higher than last time, was as advertised.

It would be nice if the paper floor mat and hang tag were removed from the car.
