Coral trace has had my mom for about 8 years now and has been like family. I had been there visiting several times a week for those years until Covid came and never did I see anything I didn t like. Always pleasant always clean and my mom calls it her home. The care has been right on top of it with ...
I love this place and the staff. They take such good care of my grandfather. Special thanks to my favs !!! Mrs Denise , Mrs Jessica, and Mrs Fran Love you ladies !!!
Overall great atmosphere!! They hold monthly educational seminars the facility is clean and the social services department; Denise and Margie are very passionate and caring. I would recommend!
excellent place to work, staff is friendly and knowledgeable , nursing and therapy are top notch. Maintenance is there in an instant if there is a problem.
Haven't been inside cause of covid but staff seem phone friendly . Phyliss is amazing & helpful Call before you get there to drop something off on cart .. Outside they pick it up before door closes ( took a white cell count test .. 4 Days ago ) STILL have not called us with results yet was suppose t...
All reviews are based on personal experiences and mine and my mothers who is living in assisted living in Fort Myers has been here at least 4 times each for lengthy stays to rehab , yes it is a older building , it is clean you can bring your own sheets and have option to do your loved ones laundry...
I want to start off by saying I am a Medicaid provider, I am a social worker for the developmentally disabled. I placed my father at this location because out of Consulate (sister facility) or Coral Trace in Cape Coral payor is Medicare Well Med/United Healthcare. I had previously researched this fa...
Do not put a loved one I Coral Trace. They can take a healthy woman of 84, no meds, very independent. Reduce her to a skeleton. Verbally says she wants out and to go home. They threaten families with Dr Nassar of not having to write for meds. Only on eyedrops. So not a big deal. Won't write for HH. W...
DO NOT Put your family member here!!!!! My mother got placed here and she is very aware of what goes on. Her husband came in during the weekend to see her. She said that she has been calling with the call light but nobody comes. Her boyfriend stood behind the door and told her to push the call l...
My mother was there for a couple of weeks. I don't know why there are all these wonderful reviews I thought the staff was horrible. The nurse would never answer any questions I had. The place smells like one big toilet which makes me think that they are understaffed and not caring for other resident...
My mother was placed here after being in the hospital for 7 weeks. She was fine at discharge but once she was brought here she started declining. I went in one morning to find her with no sheets, her nasal cannula for her oxygen was on the side of the bed, she was unresponsive and her eyes were roll...
Well, I guess I was one of the lucky ones. They say the squeaky wheel gets the grease; I'm a squeaky wheel! I came to Coral Trace 6 months ago, recovering from surgery I had for a pressure ulcer. My nurse, Trish, gave me my meds on time, and always had a smile and a friendly joking manner. I also pr...
I visited Coral Trace and was given a tour and was very impressed with the facility and how friendly and professional the staff was. Everyone I talked to went out of their way to make me feel welcome. This is the kind of place I would send my loved one to.
I was so impressed with the office staff, rherapists, nurses, and CNA's. The facility is very clean. Upon my mother's admission I was greeted by guardian angel, April. She handled all my concerns immediately, and really listened and answered all my questions. The therapy center is phenomenal. M...
Recently, my family members and I have been searching for a health care facility that is actually good! Luckily, we came to Coral Trace. Especially Sharon M. She answered the questions we had, needs we needed filled and just overall a great person and experience. If Coral Trace is half as good as ...
I have worked at this building for over 3 years and its had some challenges, but over the last year its been a pleasure to work there. I work with some of the most passionate, knowledgeable, respectful, and genuinely caring souls that you could ever ask for in teammates.
I love Coral Trace, from the time you walk through the front door to be greeted by the best receptionist anyone could have ( Fran) to the wonderful Director, DON and Nursing staff!! My mother has turned around 100%. She went there a very sick woman and is now feeling great and looking good!!!
My brother is here and pushed the call button for over an hour with no response the light does nothing but flash no sound at all to alert the staff of the need for help after being there for several hours he was given only one pill of his meds as opposed to the 2 every three hours at the hospital. M...
I have been an employee since September 2013 in this facility and with Consulate for 11 years this month. This facility from the moment the lobby doors open you will be graciously greeted by our very own Fran Provenzano Director of first impressions as her so deserving plaque states. This is definit...
I would like to express my great appreciation for CNA Ste-Heleine Joseph. She was kind & helping with anything and everything I wanted. Not only did she go way beyond expectations- she was so friendly, always smiling and never made me feel like I was bothering her. She is truly an "Asset" to this...
I took a tour of the building and was impressed. Yes, it is older, but very clean, the staff was warm and friendly and professional. The head of nursing was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. There were no smells and the residents all looked well taken care of. Several were in the...
I highly recommend Coral Trace because of the wonderful staff. They are all very professional, friendly, and willing to take care of any questions or concerns. Everyone works hard to make it a clean and comfortable environment for residents and their loved ones. Go take a tour and you ll understand ...
I worked there for over 6 months before I finally quit. They treat the employees like they are worth nothing. Half the CNAs speak little english, and most show no compassion for their patients...those that do get taken advantage of. They barely clean anything, many of the CNAs do not practice basic ...
This place is horrible. It stinks of urine and the care is way below average. Discharged my friend to home and he could even make it to his front door, started falling. Called EMS and went to hospital with pneumonia.
This facility is the best ever ! The inside is Unbelievably clean. The staff is professional, courteous....and work with their hearts! The residents & families are placed first and are so understanding of their needs! Coral trace is #1 !
Recently had a family member at this facility not fancy but clean and the staff is very attentive. Very good rehab department and concerns are address well. I would recommend taking a tour and not always rely on reviews.
I ve been interviewing facilities on behalf of a loved one who needs additional care, and after touring Coral Trace, I was extremely impressed. Namely, a professional, welcoming staff and inviting atmosphere. Great first impression. I would recommend to anyone researching care facilities for their f...
I enjoy working with an elite team of co workers who put our residents first. We are making steady progress towards increase overral resident satisfaction and team building.
If you want an Asylum or a cuckoo s nest then take your relative there horrible stench smell as you walk in Staff is the most unprofessional you could find. The house of Horror!! Beware!!!!
Are you kidding me! These are the most fake reviews anywhere! Don t send your dog here! Have you actually looked at the condition of the building! They re staffed 80% by agency! Good healthcare proffessionals don t even apply there!!
This place is awful and the Staff don t care about the Residence. My brother in law is there now n he was ringing the help bottom. It took my hubby n I to call about 9 times to get a hold of anyone to go help him. So if I could give a zero I would.
I will start with the rehabilation portion of this facility was good and they cared and did their jobs well, now here is the bad part. If you can not be there to check on the care for your loved one WATCH OUT. Their is a Dr Nassiff that prescribes meds as he pleases against the health surrogates wis...
Run away very fast, any review that suggests how good or great the place is is pure B.S. I was threatened by the Assistant DON and a social worker about 6 months ago.
