I have had horrible experiences with fsa reimbursement with Chard Snyder. They deny claims before they even read the documents. I include 2 types of documents signed by a doctor and they tell me my claim is not medically necessary...Duh???
NEVER USE AN FSA WITH THESE PEOPLE! THEY DENY ALL AND THEN TAKE YOUR MONEY.
After waiting nearly two weeks and four phone calls, I have not received payment for a claim that was approved nearly two weeks ago. I am still waiting. I highly recommend employers stay aware from this vendor for their HSA/FSA needs.

Certainly not a good experience with company so far. It just seems that even filing claims with a receipt that happens to list more than one COVERED person has been made complicated!
