The worst HOA ever, dues way too high EXTREMELY unresponsive. After Florence all buildings had damage and still no repairs have been made. Still they have the nerve to change me late fee for being one day late and when I ask about repairs I have to understand the high demand.

I sent an email questioning the second half of the HOA dues for my community and by 8am the following morning I received a reply (I had sent my request after hours) and an explanation.
