My food was monitored for waste, while customer satisfaction seemed unimportant.
The waitress was unfriendly and impatient.
My $50 all you can eat shrimp and crab legs were cold. Faux butter was awful. The setting was nice. However, not worth the trip or money. My co-workers concurred.

The food was very good except for the crab dip. Service was terrible. The waitress told us we had to wait to order because we were waiting for one more person to show up. When we asked her why she said because it was easier on the waitress (her) to put all orders in at the same time.
