For large loads: loop around to the back scale. Smaller loads can be taken to the front dock. It was my first trip and the workers were helpful but the receipts needed to be printed a couple times for me to get the cash
I had some kitchen odds and ends and I came across Calbag Metals for metal recycling. I have never been to a metal recycling location before and the folks at Calbag made me feel comfortable bringing in my few items for recycling. Nice to feel good about doing something so small.
This was a good and easy experience. They were personable and helpful too.
They say they open at 6, but dont believe it.

I go in a couple of weeks ago to get rid of some steel and some non fares. Do a lot of cut through there they only paid me 4 cents a pound for about 500 pounds customer service was good the scrap prices suck there.
I was there the other day, they got me in and out pretty fast. I don't have a car so I'm doing small loads at a time, they didn't mind, they were friendly I'll be happy to do next load with them too
