Place was awesome. I Called at noon to become a member, i was able to reserved a lane for same day at 2pm. Staff was nice and seemed to care what you thought when finished shooting. Pistol Range was clean, great air flow. The only thing negative was that I bought a box of 100 rounds and 1 of the bul...
Bought a new duty pistol for work, they beat buds price by $15, and only paid $6 for background check. These guys know their stuff and they have some good gear. Not everything they have is on sale, but not everything is the most expensive in town either.
Great ventilation, fair range rules, well lit, and knowledgeable staff. I ve worked in a few ranges and this one is my favorite. Only reason I m not giving 5 stars is because the RSO s have forgotten to give me back my ID on a few occasions. This is the responsibility of the RSO when they re checkin...
The only range I go to in town. The military discount is great all the staff treat you with respect. The thing I like the most is that they do not breath down your neck when you're Shooting unless you make a safety violation. The range is in awesome condition and well ventilated. If you are in the a...
Two female friends wanted to get their CCL and asked me to go with them through the class, I was happy to for them, but WOW what a bunch of sexist, concieted, degrading "instructors" they have! I am retired Law Enforcement, shot competitively for years and was on the department Sniper Team. I could ...
The team at BluCore is truly second to none. From taking my first shots in September of last year to becoming a member, a training member, and attending multiple classes the staff at BluCore has been able to instruct proper fundamentals from the very beginning. Safety is #1 priority and they have a ...
Made a special trip out of my way because I was told they had ammo in stock for a decent price when I called. Got to the location and suddenly it jumps from 25 to over $60. Granted somebody made a mistake, but that shouldn't happen. At least not such a big difference.
I shoot here sometimes. It's always busy. Good range but damn are they expensive! $31 to use the rifle range! I'd actually save money driving to drangonmans in the springs....
I m new to owning a firearm and came in to look for some ammo, didn t know really what to look for, guy kept eyeballing me like I was sketchy even coming up to me multiple times to check me out when there was at least 6 other people in the store and only 2 employees. I didn t do anything besides loo...
Highly recommended as a newbie that just bought a pistol from this place which was Smith and Wesson M&P 9mm M2.0 . Blucore Pistol 1 class was great with providing knowledge that every beginner gun owner should be aware of and guides from fantastic instructors.Thank you Nick and thank you for your se...
Been there twice and they are super judgey, the first time I had about 1 thousand in my pocket but certainly don t dress/look it and wasn t helped in the tiny sales room which doesn t ever seem to happen to have anything to accommodate either two popular brand handguns I was searching for (they did ...
Never have I ever been more embarrassed by someone at a range than I was today. After getting done with shooting here, I was constantly and horribly harassed by one of the employees here, about being LGBTQ. He repeatedly used the wrong pronouns with me and my partner, and refused to change my partne...
Great employees, definitely worth the money. Great selection in targets. Their rentals were clean and had great quality. If you don't have a case they'll lend you one. Honestly can't say anything negative. Love that they had many versions of the XDM's. Definitely will be back again.
They said to head down and after a 45 minute drive told me there wasn't any availability. Just another mismanaged mess that wasted my night and my time.
Great range. Super clean and friendly staff. However, I bought a "finger gun safe", and when I brought it back same week they said it was defective -would not open just clicked... They would not exchange nor return and told me to take it up with the manufacturer. - Thank you for making this right.
These guys do a really good job, they are passionate about there business and safety. I ve joined other ranges. I like these guys the best, they don t crowd you but they are are always willing to help!
Trying to let my wife get a feel for what she will be comfortable shooting. Their staff was superbly patient with us swapping out over a half dozen guns. Very professional, courteous and patient, especially with my wife. Prices very reasonably and a great facility. Highly recommend them.
It is quite challenging to shoot at BluCore unless you're a member, indeterminate wait times is not realistic. The rifle range could use substantially more lighting and sound deadening. Time to find a new spot or just go back to public land...
Was recommended this by some shooting buddies of mine. Went to have a look at the range, wow!! 100 yd indoors best I ve seen. Staff friendly and I had one small issue that Sean was able to sort out straight away.
Purchased 2 firearms and staff really helped out on the checks.
Not even a star. Lets say if your at the rifle rang less then 30 minutes its $20, more then 30 minutes at the rifle range will cost you 32 per person. Next time ill do 30 minutes. And leave. + dont go if they refuse to pay 20 for 30 minutes. Make sure you tell them before entering the rang and start...
I honestly wanted to give a 1 star review as to steer people away from here so that I can have this place all to myself. Unfortunately I am not a Billionaire so I cannot support this place to stay open by myself, therefore I think everybody considering a membership or even just a one time/first time...
I really want to like this place--absolutely beautiful well ventilated pistol and shooting range and shop that is clean and brightly lit and has some ex-mil working there. 2 issues just kill it for me: 1) Range management needs major help in customer service and policy. Have gone there twice ...
My son was murdered eight months ago . I came to BluCore Shooting Center to overcome my fear of guns as he was shot in front of my daughter and I.
Due to circumstances I no longer can afford to be a member here and I only have two of my three family members. I came in to cancel my membership toda...
Took a one hour private class with John and it was awesome. Very knowledgeable and good info. I don't know much about guns and he was very patient and made me feel a lot more comfortable being there doing something I don't know how to do....if that makes any sense. It is kind of intimidating to go i...
Pretty disappointed. Saturday there was a 2 hour wait. Understandable! And zero help from upstairs for a technical problem I was having with my gun other than send it back to the manufacturer. So we decided to show up before they opened today. 5th in line. 1 lane down in rifle range and a 2 hour wai...
Everyone who works here is friendly and knowledgeable. I can't speak for the rifle range but the pistol range is great. Well lit, state of the art ventilation system and electronic retrieval system for the targets. I love going over here.
Don t go here. Sign on the door say s member s only for the range due to COVID which is absolute nonsense, price for what little they do have it through the roof, inventory is a joke and the lady at the desk was to consumed with whoever she was on the phone with to assist me.
I am a personal assistant to a gentleman who had paid for a lesson online on BluCore's website. When I was tasked with calling BluCore to set up a time for the lesson, Dustin/Justin(?) answered the call abruptly and with an attitude of being inconvenienced before I even began speaking. Once I asked ...
Signed up for a membership when they decided to waive the initiation fee , even though I d never been there. I shoot three or more times a month, and wasn t sure I d like it. It s a farther drive then the shootist in Englewood, but I m glad I went with blucore. The staff are knowledgeable, helpful ...
Great staff, very attentive and a focus on safety. I still can t believe there is a 100yd rifle range under ground. You really can t find another place like this in Denver. If you shoot a lot, look into the membership, as the demos are free with a member ship and addiction benefits. Very fun time sh...
Just popped in to shoot, staff was helpful, respectful, friendly, knowledgeable, prices great for a range. Been shooting forever and Blucore is a great place to shoot, as good as they get.
They have primers. Small Rifle. $150 per 1000. WOW. Price gouging. Stay away. Make a quick buck but will loss a lot of future business. Jacking prices on ammo too. Can get it cheaper any where else. Talk about screwing your customers. Will never refer anyone here. Lot of better ranges ar...
Exceptionally poor business. There ranges are in very poor condition compared to other Colorado ranges. The staff is nice but very under educated in the field. I belong to several gun clubs in Colorado and would never recommend Blue core to anyone i know. There staff is very unsafe buy handling fire...
The staff are a bunch of super douchy Oper8er types. Keyboard commandos that act like they know more than everyone. Prices are unreasonably high. You will never feel comfortable or welcome here.
This shooting range is excellent. They have a pro shop, indoor rifle and pistol ranges, and the customer service is great. One can take classes here, and they also give military and law enforcement discounts. The one issue I have is, you can't stand or rapid-fire on the rifle range, you have to sit ...
So i can not express how good of an experience this store offers in words, so i will just describe our experience. We came in looking to buy a new rifle for myself, and get some training for my wife who is brand new to firearms. We were helped out by Mr. Earl who was extremely knowledgeable friendly...
As a non-American I was kindly received and they liked the fact that we were there. Below it was explained how renting worked. Neatly explained how the guns were put together and gave advice about the different types of ammunition available. Very relaxed that you rent a rifle and can simply exchan...
BluCore is hands-down the top shooting range in the Denver metro area. I live in Parker, so it's a bit of a drive for me, and I could visit another range nearby more easily, but I like the facilities and the personnel better at BluCore.
Their range has an excellent ventilation system so you can...
I've had a couple of memberships at Blucore over the years. Great range. Great staff. Great ventilation. 100yd range.
I'm removing one star as they have no line queuing at the range counter (unlike Bristlecone). This translates to a cluster fk when it gets crowded, which happens often. The ...
The people that work here are wannabe jar heads. The guy down at the range was such an idiot and had no clue what was going on yet had to come in and screw everyone over because he couldn't keep peoples ID's in order. He came in and tried to kick out the guy next to me because his time was up, even ...
The instructors at BluCore are top notch. Trained with both Mark and Paul, and would recommend their expertise to anyone looking to improve their skills.
Love this place. They don't run up on you with an attitude if you ( unknowingly ) break a house rule, etc like some of the other places around town. The staff is very respectful. Very common sense, very clean and good env.
Don t know how good the range is because they were closed without posting anything on their website or on their telephone. Wasted two + hours of my day to make the trip here just to find out they were closed. Beware - call first and if you don t get anyone, don t come.
Nice indoor range. It is really nice that it has 100yd indoor lanes. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The rental selection is good for firearms. The retail side offers a wide selection of accessories but not a lot in the way of firearms. The membership rates are fair.
Every time I go I call ahead and ask what the wait time is. They always say it's short but when I get there 5 minutes later they tell me it's a hour and a half wait.
They have disconnected their phones and refuse to answer. Only way to get a lane is to use their website which will not allow you to book on mobile. Absolute joke. Half the staff is great, half are fudds. Really wish we had more options for a 100 yard Denver range because this one is not good. It ju...
Last Sunday I went for a day of shooting at Silver Bullet with a friend only to be turned down at 3 in the afternoon; quickly we panicked to find a new place to go shooting, and this place turned up. As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted with exceptionally great service, and were lead to ...
Wouldn't go back. I went in to buy something and asked the person at the desk a basic question. He immediately seemed disinterested and basically ignored me and my question and then waited for me to leave. Poor customer service = 1 less customer.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. I went here, got on the list, sat in the line. After 5 or 6 people without blucore cards cut in front of me, I asked WTH? 'Oh they're all police officers...' BUUUT... They advertise less spendy cop member rates, not the 'say youre a cop and cut those here before you like the ...
Be aware you should call ahead. I didn't and when I arrived apparently they only had one lane available and only for half an hour, but I would have to pay the fee for a whole hour to use it. Don't be foolish like me and make sure they have space available before you go. I have only heard great thing...
Great facility and classes. I have gone to the range numerous times and recently took the Pistol 1 class. Staff is always extremely friendly and helpful. In regards to the Pistol 1 class, the instruction was great. Both Alex and Jake were extremely professional and knowledgeable. They effectively ca...
Great range, friendly staff and a bit pricey but worth it. 31$ to access rifle range with no added cost to pop over to pistol range. Shooting .50 cal rifles they have in stock. This was a place I'm bound to visit again and recommend to many.
I will start by saying I think the range is very nice. The facilities are very nice. My complaint lies with their policy. I went in to shoot handgun with my friend. We asked the pistol range cashier if we could share one lane and pay one range fee and he said we would each have to pay for own la...
Had a great time there. All the staff was very helpful and awesome to work with. If you have even a remote chance of going there, I would recommend it. Also if you really have a chance, it is worth it to shoot the fifty cal at least once, if not more.
I went shooting for my first time ever. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It wasn't awkward like I thought it would be. We used a rental gun and the staff taught us how to shoot.
Showed up only to see that they only alow members in now. No where on the website does it show that. They are the only range that I know of that isn't allowing the public into the range. I understand needing reservations but still... and after reading these reviews I now understand why they will alo...
Very friendly, knowledgeable staff. The guys are great. nice range always clean. They offer a LADY'S NIGHT on tuesday after 5, Lady's shoot free.. got the family membership good deal go twice a month payed for itself. we go all the time. decent prices on ammo. fair selection of rentals. nice retail ...
I like the range well enough but the dude in the shop needs to update his sales tactics. Gives you a hard sell on why you should shoot what he likes instead of helping you get the gun you want.
Basically assumed you don't know what you're talking about, asked why you don't want what he likes, ign...
BlueCore is by far one of the best indoor ranges in Denver. The staff was very informative and well trained. Gun rental selection is top notch and ammo prices are decent. Great place to escape and go boom boom.
Gotta say, this place is the worst on customer service!! Don't ever bother calling this place for anything, you either get a voice mail or a busy signal, no matter what time of the day it is, never have got a call back outta all the times I left a messages, Service while there, it's not the greates...
As a first timer at Bluecore ... I am an experienced shooter and have visited ranges across the country. Bluecore is top notch and is owned and operated by knowledgeable friendly professionals. I felt very comfortable from the time I entered and upon leaving knowing I had a solid experience. A white...
Best shooting range in the town, they have upper level for brand new gun store and training center and ground basement level they have shooting zone.-Staff are cooperative and friendly for new and members. Good and new good experience for me
The most professional range I've been to. Here you will not be pestered with the owner's political views (as I've encountered at other ranges). Many pistol shooting rows. But the reason I joined: Denver's only 100yd indoor rifle range. Everything was clean, and well ventilated. Decent membership pr...
Absolutely love this range, the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and willing to assist. Plus they have an incredible facility with great ventilation. I shoot outdoor mostly so I'm fairly particular when it comes to indoor stuff. The facility and and staff really make a difference when it comes to i...
First time visiting. 3 of us had called ahead and were told no open lanes until 6:30, no call ahead for non members. Arrived at 6:00 and said we would wait. While waiting they have to shut the lanes down to fix stuck target retrievers 2 different times. 7:00, we are told the 3 of us have to share 1 ...
Been using BluCor for about a year now Currently a member. Now, just like any other business they have their pros and their cons so I urge people to be patient and understanding with this place even if you might've had experiences to the contrary. Having said that I will simply list pros and cons no...
