Our stay was a great experience. Friendly, helpful staff. A clean, updated facility, comfortable room, and an exceptional breakfast buffet. A great location, North of the city with easy access for walking, buses and the metro. Highly recommended.

This is the hotel with the smallest windows in its room. There is no wardrobe or space for your suits. Bathroom is for disabled people. There is no regular shower area. I have stayed many average hotels in Paris, but I gave one star just for breakfast. It was good.

Very nice room, clean and very accessible.

Very nice room, clean and very accessible.
But getting to the hotel at night is a headache with the staff taking hours to open so we wait in the cold.
This is the first time that I have been asked for a deposit for an iron!
The reception staff were very very disappointing!

I could have put 5 stars because the staff is very welcoming. The beds are very comfortable and the hotel is well located. There is always a small effort to make on the buffet: vary the menus would be appreciated. But otherwise nothing to say. I had a good time.
