The food is good but pricy. You'd think that because of the environment that Fred's would be more of a scene with fancy ladies shopping or trendy socialites clinking glasses of champagne just because it has bubbles. But it isn't. It's relatively quiet and often empty.

Also, the wine was very good.
Service was fine, nothing particularly special, but the fries alone guaranteed this 5 star review (if you knew me, you'd understand). Might just have to make this a more regular outing. Just for those fries.
