There is a huge difference between what candidate expect and what you guys offer, so if you have predefine budget and if candidate expectation is high then don't call him for interview.

If your times is precious then candidates too.

I have been working with Bacancy Technology for about 3 years, and now I can honestly say that I have been very happy with my decision. It has amazing work life balance. Flexible hours and work from home policy. People are generally respectful of each other.

I have been very happy with the quality of work performed by the developers at Bacancy. They provide daily updates on tasks, upload code per my requested cadence and right clean, dry, code. I will be working with them on future projects.

Bacancy Technology impressed me with the speed with which they were able to pick up existing code and expand it... The package we received from them included the entire project management life cycle, which was extremely beneficial from our standpoint, as a fast-moving startup.
