I worked for them for 2 years and thank god I found a better job !The management is extremely Terrible they dont take responsibility for their own mistakes they will put it on you. If you complain about any issues you have they retaliate against you instead of helping fix the problem...Les hill hire...
Awful customer relations, poor work quality, left my yard a mess. BGE needs to do a better job at screening their sub contractors. STAY AWAY FROM B FRANK JOY AT ALL COSTS.
Left my lawn with gigantic bald spots. I inform them that my grass was zoysia grass, and they were to come back to plant the zoysia but never returned. I gave spoken to them about the problem several times and still nothing has been done. BGE has been no help nothing.
I called the number that they have displayed and it directs you to another number... I then call the number that it directs me to, to no avail. And someone left a explicit voicemail cursing etc!!!!!
So unprofessional
They left me without hot water for 2 weeks and counting very unacceptable been contacting them every day say they coming wait no show... Im home from work bout 4 -4:30 to resolve I should not be expected to take off work for something that wasn't checked b4 yall left!!! PEROID
