The phone system is pathetic. It's all but impossible to get through to talk to anyone. If and when you get to speak to an operator and they transfer you to a specific area it goes right back to the automated system and your right back where you started.
Very helpful and only 2 weeks to get in as a new patient.
In my personal experience, appointments are either scheduled with only a few hours notice or so many months in the future that it is pointless.
I consistently go to my appointments that I verify the day before and am told it was cancelled without notification. Very frustrating.
I cannot reach any of the numbers in the clinic. Now I have to drive up to the VA, wait over an hour for a walk-in just so that the doctor can tell me something that he could have said over the phone.
