Hello.... service would be good for a start. Had to approach a salesperson to ask a question and once he answered the question he walked away like he had better things to to or I didn t look like I could afford the car maybe.
Very knowledgeable sales staff who assisted with every aspect of the sale. Service in getting the vehicle ready for pickup was outstanding.

A relative of mine had a poor experience with Audi Newcastle. A very dishonest trick was played on them with the new car they received. Make sure you get every offer and conversation in writing. Would expect more when paying a premium for a luxury car.
