Terrible car servicing. Not a shadow on the service I receive in Sydney for the same cost.

Go independent in Newcastle, or get it done in Sydney when you visit for the day. Consider it free parking... You'll even get driven and picked up in a Q7 in Sydney...

Never again.

Just picked up my brand new RSQ3 Sportback in Turbo Blue. Fantastic car and a great dealership with friendly service. My salesman was Brad Kellick. He is a credit to this dealership and very knowledgeable about the brand. Thanks Brad and Newcastle Audi.

A relative of mine had a poor experience with Audi Newcastle. A very dishonest trick was played on them with the new car they received. Make sure you get every offer and conversation in writing. Would expect more when paying a premium for a luxury car.

Where to start, awful. They don t look after their customers let alone employees. Long story short don t buy an Audi.

Workshop is from 1950, hasn t been updated since. How can they deliver you an E-tron? They struggle and will until it goes down eww.
