I would like to say Candy Cai from Anyeh Group is one the best property manager. Candy is professional, prompt on emails/responses. So far we have received an amazing service and support from them. Candy Cai deserve an A++ for the above and beyond service.

Terrible service received from this group of scammers. For future tenants looking to rent from this group, make sure you check all of the find prints and condition reports. If no internet connection is listed in the condition report, they wont reimburse you if you need to install it (costs of $400)....
As like other posts on here be very careful when dealing with these guys. Very poor communication with their clients and will take a lot of your bond for "damages". Take pictures and read up on your rights on NSW rent website.
