TERRIBLE, customer service. I was ready to submit the application with my needs and I had one simple question and they kept re-directing me to their application in which the answer to my question was NOT there.
DO NOT use this company for academic evaluations. When doing GPA conversions they do not utilize decimals. So for example, anything within a B range is rounded down to a 3.0. This methodology is extremely unprofessional and inaccurate.

Avoid at all cost!!!! This service is the cheapest but you get what you pay for. The evaluation was inaccurate; they don t answer emails or the phone. I got to a point when I thought it was a scam and I lost $300.00. Believe me; you want to pay the extra $100.00 for a decent evaluation service.

Terrible! All they care about is the money. I sent the my wife transcripts for a US equivalency all they did what to retype the same transcripts and send them back as is just with a general statement, no course description or equivalency! And to correct a simple mistake, you have fork out more money...
