Had an issue regarding slings and chain inspections book 1 month prior, call up a month later to ask when there tech was to come and inspect, and was told I would have to wait another month!

Used to be good, this time I've waited a week for some balustrade fittings and cable. I am still waiting and will probably have to delay my job again, I don't think that I will deal with them again due to such poor service.
