Appointment made by phone on Friday and technician available 4 days after. Very friendly technician repair done in less than an hour with an explanation. Very satisfied with the whirlpool after-sales service, both by telephone and on site with the technician. To recommend. Thanks again.

Poor service that I have experienced;

Poor service that I have experienced;
- have to wait 4 months for a technician
- Have to come back a second time, but did not come without letting us know
- Indeed 179 standard for any repair
- Customer service hardly speaks Dutch and has no idea what the schedule is
NEVER BUY WIRLPOOL !!
