5 stars for the one-on-one counselors. They do amazing work, and i wouldn't be where I am right now, if it wasn't for them.
1 for the help line. I am appalled at their attitudes. Rude, disrespectful, want to get people off the phone as fast as possible. Do not care about the people who are calling.
