Always spotty internet. Never know if you're getting what you pay for either. Customer service is a joke.

Customer service is a joke just like there internet. They say give us a call and we'll help you out but when you call you're on hold for over 2 hours so what's the point. How about you call me when you're ready to actually have someone worth talking to on the phone.
I wasn't able to visit the lobby but an employee came outside and answered my questions. They are always so pleasant and helpful
Great service for my family we use it for work school and play just wish there was a discounted price for unemployed due to pandemic but so far so good
