I Love the people and service I get at Total Pet Care.
Always have very good prices and excellent selection of foods and supplies.
The owner, Joe will give you the shirt off his back- and always goes above and beyond to make his customers happy.

I use to shop at Total Pet Care, however they have recently built a wall across their store and chained off the opening. I was not allowed to go and browse the dog and cat food aisles. Apparently they will not cater to retail customers for any items behind the wall (which comprises half the store)...

I went to total pet care. I was disappointed when there was a wall up blocking access and chain across the aisle with a sign in your face saying wholesale buyers only. .

I have to warn other customers unless you re a wholesale buyer you are unwelcome at total pet care.

This has always been a great local company. Its a shame that local regulations forced them to change to a "wholesell only" type of layout. Still worth going, just know what you want since the employees will have to grab the items for you from the "back".
